Job Description:

*This is a Temp to Hire position working weekends only (Saturday and Sunday).


Key Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Answer telephones calls, take messages as required.
  • Understand and carry out written and verbal instructions.
  • Distribute messages to staff via email.
  • Sort and distribute mail and incoming faxes.
  • Perform basic filing, assist in any clerical projects as needed.
  • Prepare all outgoing mail as instructed (regular mail, certified mail, courier and FedEx).
  • Keep reception area and conference room neat and clean.
  • Other related duties as assignment by management

Experience and Skills:

Abilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Excellent verbal and writing skills.
  • Proficient computer skills include Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to be flexible in duties wherever needed.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to handle multiple phone lines.
  • Must convey a positive attitude in a professional manner.
  • Bilingual a plus - English/Spanish
