Education & Experience:

High School diploma required

A minimum of three (3) years hands on experience in
residential, single family construction or as a service
representative for a homebuilder preferred.
Skills & Abilities:

Must be able to think quickly, be flexible and confident in
their decisions. Must be able to handle customers in a firm, yet
appropriate manner while providing excellent customer service.

Must be self-motivated, and have decision making ability to
accomplish goals. Must maintain professional, positive, can-do
attitude.

Must be able to meet deadlines, work under pressure and multi-tasks.

Must have excellent time management skills, follow-up and
organizational skills.

Must be able to establish rapport and develop good working
relationships with all superintendents, subcontractors, vendors
and homeowners. Must be able to understand homeowner’s perspective
in each individual situation and react accordingly.

Excellent verbal and written skills are required.

Must have strong computer skills and be proficient in Excel.

Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and
reliable transportation.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to
loud. Various terrain includes uneven and rough terrain associated
